SBI SCO 2024 Recruitment Selection Process
The selection process for SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Recruitment 2024 comprises three stages i.e. shortlisting, interview cum CTC negotiation, and merit list. The details of each stage are given below:
- Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee constituted by SBI will decide the shortlisting parameters and then the adequate number of candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
- Interview-cum-CTC Negotiation: The interview will carry 100 marks. The CTC negotiation will be done one by one during the time of the interview. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank.
- Merit List: The merit list will be prepared in descending order based on the marks scored by the candidate in the interview only. In case of a draw, the rank will be decided based on the age of the candidate in descending order in the merit list.
