IBPS PO 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality/Citizenship
Candidates applying for the IBPS Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee post must be either:
- a citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetian refugee (who came to India before Jan.1962) or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, The United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam to settle in India permanently.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age (as on 01.08.2024): 20 years i.e. the candidate must have been born not after 01.08.2004.
- Maximum Age (as on 01.08.2024): 30 Years i.e. the candidate must have been born not before 02.08.1994.

Education Qualification
The candidates applying for the post of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee in IBPS PO 2024 must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent as on 21.08.2024.
Application Fee
The application fee for IBPS PO 2024 must be paid online between 01.08.2024 to 21.08.2024. The category-wise application fee including GST is given below:
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Rs. 175/- + Bank Transaction Charges.
- All Other Candidates: Rs. 850/- + Bank Transaction Charges.
IBPS PO/MT 2024 Selection Process
The candidates applying for IBPS CRP PO/MT-XIV 2024 will be selected through three phases i.e. Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview. The details of each phase are as follows:
I. Preliminary Examination for IBPS PO Recruitment 2024
The preliminary examination will consist of 100 Objective questions with one(01) mark each. 20 minutes will be allocated for each test. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks in each test as decided by IBPS.
Negative Marking: 1/4th or 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

II. Main Examination for IBPS PO Recruitment 2024
The shortlisted candidates securing the minimum cutoff marks in the Preliminary Examination will be called for the Main Examination. The main examination will consist of Four objective type papers and One descriptive type paper i.e. English Language (Letter Writing and Essay). Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks in each test as decided by IBPS.
Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in objective-type papers.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:
• For SC/ST/OBC/PwBD Candidates → 35%
• For All other Candidates → 40%
The weightage ratio of the Online Main Examination and Interview will be 80:20 respectively.

- Now fill in all the required Basic Info and click “Next”.
- Now upload the photo and signature as per instructions and click “Next”.
- Fill in all the Basic details, Qualifications/Experience/ languages and preferences correctly as per instructions.
- Once done click “Validate your Details” followed by “Save & Next”.
- Now Preview the Application form and check all the details are correct and accurate. Then click “Complete Registration” once satisfied.
