ECIL Salary Details
The candidates selected for various posts in ECIL will receive a consolidated monthly amount along with other benefits like Reimbursement of premiums paid towards Medical Insurance, Company PF, TA/DA (while on official duty) and paid leave as per extant rules. Period of Engagement
The selected candidates for various posts in ECIL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for an initial period of One Year which shall be extended up to 4 years (including the initial period) depending on the project requirement and the candidate’s performance.

- Education Qualification: B.Tech/BE with minimum 60% marks in relevant field.
- Post Qualification Experience (as on 08.08.2024): Minimum 3 Years in relevant field.
- Upper Age Limit (as on 08.08.2024): 33 Years
[Upper Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 Years, PwBD – 10 Years, Domicile of J&K (01.01.1980 – 31.12.1989) – 5 Years]
Eligibility Criteria for Technical Officer on Contract:
- Education Qualification: B.Tech/BE with minimum 60% in relevant field.
- Post Qualification Experience (as on 08.08.2024): Minimum 1 Year in relevant field.

ECIL Selection Process
The selection process for ECIL Recruitment 2024 involves Three stages: Application form screening, Document verification, and Personal Interview. After submission of the online application form the candidates will be called for Document Verification and Interview in the ratio of 1:4 based on merit. The weightage for each stage is given below:
